CHANGING LIVES IN A CHANGING WORLD

Most INDUS members are aware of WIT, Women's India Trust, an NGO which has for the past 47 years enabled women with no education or skills to find employment opportunities and a chance to become financially independent, giving them greater self-confidence and enhancing their of quality of life.

Apart from producing a well-known range of home linen and foods like jam and marmalade, only the tip of the proverbial iceberg, there is much, unbeknownst to many, that is quietly happening behind the scenes in this active, evolving and socially-conscious organisation.

Here is a special invitation from this award-winning NGO to visit it and learn more about its latest activities, the constant challenges and its future plans.  Join the WIT Governing Body team and the CEO for an overview of the ongoing work.
