A TASTE OF SINGAPORE!

To mark Singapore’s 50th National Day and 50th Anniversary of Singapore-India Diplomatic Relations, come and enjoy a repertoire of Singaporean tea time delights specially prepared by two of our Indus ladies, Balveer Singh and Magdalene Lau who have both lived in Mumbai for nearly two years. Easy to whip up as snacks or a light meal, these delicacies are enjoyed anytime of the day or they can be prepared to accompany a more elaborate spread! Just as some people love their breakfast any time of the day,  these  delights are what Singaporeans would eat anytime, any hour!

Grab the opportunity to get acquainted with how similar ingredients available and used locally in Mumbai, are used to churn up these beautiful sweet and savory light bites and desserts.

Come and enjoy a morning of fun with our very own Indus home cooks, as they chop, dice, slice, boil and fry for you at the home of the Singapore Consul General!

Limit: 35.  There will be no charge for this meeting.

For registration, please call Rupande Parekh  on Thursday August 20th, 12 pm to 2 p.m. and 4 pm to 6 p.m.
