ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

We are looking for members to help at the Annual General Meeting, those wishing to help please contact Maya Merchant or Sandra Bryden 

MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS

It would be greatly appreciated if members could pay their fees at the AGM. Fees will not be accepted without renewal forms. ¨Fees can be paid by cash or cheque. If paying by cash, please hand over the exact change. Cheques should have the full name and membership number written on the back.

Also note that no fees will be accepted once the AGM has started as it disturbs the procedures. Kindly plan your arrival time accordingly.

CHAIRLADIES

Foreign and Indian chairladies are still needed for some of the activity group. Being a chairlady is a great way to know more about Indus and about a field of interest. Many lasting friendships are formed between co-chairs. Do not be afraid to committee as Indus is about teamwork and you’re sure to broaden your network and knowledge when actively participating in the club.

Please contact your presidents or the current chairladies if you need more information or would like to volunteer.

MEETING ETIQUETTE

We would like to remind our members to keep their phones on SILENT during the meetings and to refrain from texting during the talks.

Also, in the event you have forgotten your badge, kindly avail of the sticking labels placed next to the attendance sheet to identify yourself.  

Indus is about meeting new people, it is also more courteous for the new and foreign members who might not recognize many faces yet!
