Wriddh is a singer, songwriter and has been in the music circuit of Kolkata/Chennai/Mumbai. Since 2005, when he used to be part of the core rock group Kryptic,.gradually he started playing solo.Baul Fakir music/songs of the soil from various states in India namely Bengal,Assam and Himachal Pradesh.

NOTABLE GIGS: Baul music at NCPA and ‘STORIES OF THE STREETS’(Baul music of Bengal in the form of poetry) at THE HIVE (Mumbai). He has composed music for Arin Paul’s short film ‘Just Like That’,and Junk and Underneath The Skies of Rust. Has also worked on a documentary footage on a musical collaboration with the baul musicians of Birbhum,Sumanta Das Baul,Jagannath Das Baul etc
