SUFI DANCE & WHIRLING WORKSHOP

Sacred dances have been used for centuries by Middle Eastern mystics to connect with the Divine.

Zia Nathis an exponent of Sacred Dance and Whirling Mandala dances, inspired from the ancient temples of Orissa and Sufi traditions in India and Central Asia. She will unravel some of this ancient philosophy for us and share beautiful videos of various Sufi dances.

We will conclude with a 15 minute workshop where we can experience, learn and participate in this mystical whirling meditation and dance.
