JADE is not merely a couture label. It was created to revive Indian ancient arts, in turn

empowering craftsmen across India. Be it Leheriya or Miniature Art, Goand artists from Odisha or silversmiths from Jaipur, Jade constantly works with them to keep our Indian culture and heritage alive. They aim to give back to the artisans their creativity and dignity as together they find modern expressions to ancient techniques.

To further this vision and holistically address social and economical issues, Jade laid the foundation for the Chanakya School of Craft. This is a non profit organisation that preserves our culture, enables multi-dimensional learning and provides equal opportunities to the backbone of our community-the women.

Monica and Karishma of Jade walk you through their interesting journey.
