JAMA MASJID : the oldest mosque in the city of dreams - Mumbai

A visit to an exquisite Masjid in the bustling Crawford Market area on Sheikh Memon Street, the masjid boasts of beautiful and intricate carvings,breathtaking artworks and the fascinating marble stonewalk and has a fascinating history attached to it.

This Masjid built in 1806 has been lovingly restored by conservation architect Kirtida Unwalla.

Kirtida will walk us through the masjid and explain the renovation process and its history.

Please Note: There are stairs to climb to see the different parts of the masjid.

Dress Code: Head, hands and legs need to be covered .

Assemble: Meet at 10:20 am outside Jama Masjid

There will be a charge of Rs. 100/- per person, will be collected on the day.
